Campus Challenge was built in 5 acers of land It has 10 children homes, spacious Education complex including Braille, ADL and Speech therapy rooms, Skill development training center including Stitching, Carpentry, Computer, Print shop and Horticulture etc.. A Medical care center including Artificial limbs manufacturing unit, Physiotherapy center etc..

SPECIAL EDUCATION

Campus Challenge has a unique place following the cross disability concept. It has inclusive and Special Education system. There is an English Medium School from 1 – 10th Standard for Orthopedically challenged and 1-5th Standard for special Children (Visually challenged, Hearing Impaired and intellectually challenged) with in the premices.

OUTREACH MEDICAL CARE

In India, a majority of the disabled resides in rural areas where accessibility, availability, and utilization of rehabilitation services and its cost-effectiveness are the major issues to be considered.The Outreach program is back bone of Campus Challenge. There we connect the rural community to the Campus Challenge. It is taking care of 850 vulnerable children living in remote Fishing and Tribal areas.

About Us

Campus Challenge is a rehabilitation center for poor differently abled children and youth living in coastal Andhrapradesh. It was established in the year 2009 by FriendsIndeed, the Netherlands and in 2014 The Alumni of Sainik School Korukonda join hands to serve these poor and needy children. There are about 1000 children with different vulnerabilities are identified in the remote fishing and tribal villages. At the Campus Challenge 150 children are taken care of, by providing Food, shelter, Education and Taught Livelihood. The other 850 children get Medical assistance at their door step via Outreach program.
